Question 1
The interviewer asked me about the part of my former internship that I did not like, or was out of my comfort zone. Its a little bit tricky because I need to talk about my weaknesses, in the mean while such weaknesses would not affect the job I apply.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at KPMG (Singapur)
Interview
After submitting my CV, there was a virtual interview and they asked a market sizing question + why I wanted to join the specific department. They also asked about stuff in my CV and it was overall pretty manageable, they don't expect you to know much as an intern.
It was an hour long with 2 hiring manager and HR. Whole process was like one round to offer. This spanned around 2 weeks in total from HR reach out to offer letter.
The interview process at KPMG was straightforward but rigorous. I completed an online assessment, followed by a video interview, and then a panel interview with case questions. The team was professional, and the timeline was reasonable, taking about a month from application to offer.
