Applied online to the Birmingham office internship at Deal Advisory. Had to do some numerical tests and pre record an audio myself answering their questions. After that did not hear from recruitment team at all. Since I didn't have anyone's phone numbers I tried to contact them twice via email. No answer. Find it rude and irresponsible.
The whole process takes about 30-45 minutes. I was interviewed by two managers. They had a few set questions (both behavioural and cognitive) and left some time for questions, which I appreciate. I had a great time getting to know my interviewers!
