First round, did a Group interview. We were divided into 3 groups of 6 to solve a client case.
Also did a presentation on one topic (handed to you at the interview), had a panel quiz me on presentation. Then the fit interview. All in the same day.
Second round. With a Partner. Did a presentation on how to convince the president to invest in girls education.

Interview
Telephone interview followed by a 3 hr assessment at KPMG offices. The assessment included two 1-hr interviews and 45 mins written assessment. One interview was with the director and the other with a Manager. The interview took place in a relaxed and friendly environment which was very good.

The process consist in 2 phases. The first phase is the psychological, you have to do 3 different test to see your profile and whether you fit in the job description. Then the person who is takin the test asked you about your personal life and professional. After that, if you pass that part, you are called to the second phase, this part consist in an interview with the managers of the area about why you think that you can work and you can add value the company.
