The hiring process is done thus: Computer Based Test (CBT) for Math and English Business Awareness Test Online Assessment Center (3 stages: Panel Interview, Group Work, Presentation) Senior Manager Interview Partner Interview Bench-marking Medical Test Most people find the CBT being the hardest part. It mainly ocnstsits of GMAT styled questions after which you would write an essay. The Assessment center can also be really hard. You need to know how to work in a team and be very outspoken to catch the attention of the panel.

Clear and pro-discussion interview. No reason to be intimidated if you are confident. Hierarchy based interviews which can run to several rounds. Can include a panel or one to one discussion based interview or both.
