I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson Controls in Jun 2023
Interview
3 rounds of interviews (1 on 1) + HR round. After initially being contacted, the organization was re-doing their annual plans and the interview took a very long time to be scheduled. The panel was friendly and stressed on explaining how meritocratic the organization is. Cleared all the technical rounds but never heard back from the HR on the offered compensation and the only communication received was that the hiring manager was on urgent sick leave thus the delay.

Interview
strategic P2P questions, and also nothing about technicality of the products and negotiation. Only upon pressure management and handling stakeholder. Hierarchy level doesn't look like aligned. But employee empowerment questions also were there. No WFH strictly.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson Controls (Cork) in Jun 2023
Interview
The interview process consisted of two online interviews organised by a HR representative. The first interview was with both of the team leads and included some general technical questions as well as conversation about experience and education. The second interview was with the department head and followed up with similar conversation about education, experience and desires to work with the company. Both interviews were very pleasant and casual, I got a good feel for the company and the position through conversation with all interviewers involved.
