Rude interviewers, unprofessional and kept asking me where Im from. Just my personal experience. The questions were not technical bit more personal, which was not up to standards. I hope that the company can addressed their interview process.

Interview
Terrible experience both times with attempts to interview. First position, first interview was done by someone who had no idea about the job, was just reading scripted questions and seemed confused. Then they scheduled a second interview after three weeks, and the day of, I received an auto-reject email for my application. No one ever advised about cancelled interview. Second attempt for another position went similarly. First interview they scheduled for me, no one showed up, and no one called or emailed to explain. Seriously deficient recruiting process and very unprofessional.

Interview
I recently interviewed with Johnson Controls for the Director of Talent Management role. While I appreciate the opportunity to speak with the company, my interaction with the recruiter was less than ideal. I felt the conversation was cold and impersonal, indicating my background was unattractive. It would have been appreciated if the recruiter had been more upfront about the fit or provided feedback with some transparency. Companies need to remember that candidate experience plays a significant role in shaping perceptions. Even in cases where the candidate may not be the right fit, an empathetic and kind approach can leave a lasting positive impression. I hope Johnson Controls takes this feedback to heart and strives for excellence in its products, services, and recruitment processes.
