First round with HR/Recruiter was so dry. There was zero excitement or inflection in their voice when speaking about the company or role and they did not come on camera.
It was a smooth process, with the support of AI agent to set up meetings and send reminders. I passed two different levels of interview, and both interviewers offered me enough information about the company, job needs, vision, etc.
