Interview
The Interview Screening was wonderful with Janis providing all information relevant and required before the Interview but also had quite a few confidential information which was not revealed.
Then was called into an in-person Interview where it felt more like an Interrogation than an interview with the hiring manager being very condescending and unprofessional about his approach in the interview process. Was not allowed to have a good conversation as the questions asked were not relevant to the job position offered.
At the end of the Interview process the hiring manager was not even aware of the position that I had applied for. It felt like it was more a formality than a real interview with no real chance of having the Job offered.
Upper Management and Hiring manager was clearly very unprofessional and I would recommend the company to take steps to ensure the good hires are not missed by this toxic management culture.
