Johnson Controls interview questions

3 Rounds of Interview 1st - Recruiter - Usually asks generic questions to know whether the candidate is a good fit. 2nd - Hiring Manager - Asks detailed questions about how the candidate fits as a designer and more about understanding background and experience. 3rd - Designer/Team Interview - This round has 5-6 designers based on the role applied. This is a more intense round as the candidate will be presented with multiple questions on their journey and explaining one of their favorite projects.

The recruiter is friendly. It was an online interview, lasted about 30 minutes. The questions revolved around past experiences and education background, and also the feasibility for candidate to work in Singapore.
