Interview
I got a call a few days later after applying from an HR representative for JC. This lady kept cutting me off and wouldn’t let me really talk about my qualifications and just kept asking me about other things. It was very frustrating knowing she didn’t know what the job really consisted of. it would have been nicer talking to an actual manager for JC who could really tell my full potential instead of someone who only sees what they want too. They kept commenting how it was not remote even though i live literally three minutes away from the building. She kept telling me how it was not a manager position which i fully knew before but she just kept repeating it after i said i was not looking for anything in a manager position right now. I got declined right after two weeks of nothing even though i have well over five years in this field.
