I interviewed at Johnson Controls (Schaffhausen, Schaffhausen)
Interview
Initial screen call with recruiter (30 minutes), then call with hiring manager (1 hour) then a take home task based activity where I was asked to prepare a presentation. After submitting the presentation the company essentially ghosted me, never provided feedback on the presentation I submitted and only after multiple follow ups did I get informed (3 months later) that they decided not to hire for the role in the end. Very unimpressive and a definite lack of respect for candidates.

Interview
A phone call for an hour to discuss the role mostly. There was a lot of promising talk instead of questions. I was told I’d be called to the next round of interview after summer and then they ghosted me.
