Johnson Controls interview questions

I found out about this position from my university's job fair and was looking forward to the interview. It was a poorly handled group interview; one of the higher ups didn't show up for the interview and instead sent someone else in his place. That threw me off a little and made me question their actual interest.

The phone call was from a recruiter within Johnson and Johnson. She immediately asked how much I was currently making and why my resume was posted. She then offered me the opportunity to interview for a Bone Saw Account Associate Rep position. Base of 40K and totally close to $55 or $60.
