Phone interview was easy, ask about previous experience, why you would be a good fit etc. Explains hours and pay during phone interview. In person set up at the end of the call.
Remote zoom interview with recruiter, followed up by 2nd interview with local area manager. Easy process saving time and costs of in person interview. The downside is the lack of communication with manager after the zoom call
