Johnson Controls interview questions

Interviewed with 2 managers at first. Got selected for a follow up interview on-site where I had to do a 30 minute presentation on a technical topic of my choosing in front of about 8 people. They then asked me several questions about my experiences and then I sat down with a sales rep to talk more about the job. Very personable interviewers. Very exciting job opportunity. They did a great job of giving you an idea of what it would entail and the corporate culture. My only issue was that they took around 2 months to decide to go with another candidate and then they didn't even notify me or my recruiter. Struck me as rather unprofessional.

Two People Team leader and Installation Manager take you to a conference room they ask you series of Questions a few technical and personal questions example technical questions ,ohms law questions hvac specific questions, computer questions like mirosoft excel and visio. Some personal questions about you your family.You fill out a application fill out back ground paper work and do a drug test.
