Interview
I applied through Indeed. They e-mailed me to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was basic phone interview questions. Then got another e-mail saying they would like to schedule an in person interview. The in person interview was easy, but some behavioral questions. Then about a week later got a call from the person I was interviewed by and was offered the position.
The interview consisted of both technical and behavioural questions. Management doing the hiring was very easy to get along with. They cared about getting to know me and made me feel relaxed.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson Controls (San Antonio, TX) in Jan 2016
Interview
A phone call to verify interest in working with the company, a phone interview, an interview at the plant and a second interview at the plant. The whole process was pleasant and professional. Everyone I interviewed with knew what kind of person they were looking for. Personality, ethics, leadership, and wisdom and knowledge were important.
