I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Johnson Controls (Singapur) in Jun 2021
Interview
The interview process was very quick, the interviewer was awesome and lively. Didn't feel nervous due to his presence. After the interview, we even chatted for a while, getting to know each other.
I had a great experience throughout the interview process. The communication was prompt and transparent at every stage. The interviewers and the HR were not only professional but also made the conversation engaging and comfortable, allowing me to express my thoughts freely. Each round felt structured and relevant to the role, which helped me understand the expectations clearly. Overall it was just perfect.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Johnson Controls (Pune) in Apr 2023
Interview
The interview began with MCQs complete based on concepts explained Ashok Pathak Advanced C book(green color). Second round was moderately easy with few questions on C, device drivers and OS. Last round was typical based on behavioural basis where intentionally questions were asked mostly on CPP of high difficulty level, and the interviewer was stubborn/rude. Although I cleared the round and last round was just HR, I declined to go further since I got offer from Mitsubishi Electric.
