Johnson Controls interview questions

Three rounds: CBT on general aptitude and two interview rounds. CBT had 60 questions to be answered within 60 minutes. Cut-off was at 30 marks. No negative marking scheme was there. Clearing the aptitude round led to a one-on-one interview with basic questioning. This stage was quite varied between candidates and no two candidates had identical experiences. It was a short 10-15 minutes interview where the basics facts mentioned in the resume were discussed. Clearing this, the second round was a full 6 member panel interview were things were asked in depth. For me, no technical questions were asked in this round.
