Phone screen initial call was from a third party broker who left me a message with a number to a candidate management line. I called there, got a call back quickly and received a phone screen two days later. Then I never heard from anyone again.

Phone call from recruiter asking basic questions...answered questions then was setup for F2F with hiring manager. Went in and interviewed with hiring manager he did not ask much I had to basically tell him about my experience. He said they would get back to me the following week (did not happen) I even emailed both manager and recruiter and no response.

It was a walk-in. First round was technical. Second was managerial plus technical. Third was managerial. Fourth was HR. And the end of day they told me to submit documents. I submitted them the next day. After 15 days of telling me they are going to release offer they tell me that I have to face another interview for other project. This round was telephonic with US clients. After this they called me again for face to face interview. Gave this interview too cleared it. They gave me salary breakup but didn't release offer letter yet. It's been nearly 1 month since I gave my first interview.
