I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Johnson Controls (Bratislava) in Mar 2017
Interview
It was a phone interview (no skype - came as a surprise), the person conducting the interview a) gave no feedback at any point, b) was clearly unprepared, c) had a superficial knowledge of the subject (if did not hear enough keywords wouldn't get the meaning)
I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Johnson Controls (Milwaukee, WI) in Jan 2013
Interview
2 phone interviews and a in-person panel interview. The asked basic questions regarding experience and the cliche "what would you do if" questions. The phone calls were around an hour each and all the staff that interviewed me was very professional and nice.
