I applied online via LinkedIn. First interview was a phone screening one. After that I was informed that I would be notified whether I was successful or not. After 3 week I got a phone call that I passed the screening . Next interview was technical one over the phone. I was asked a few technical question regarding programming languages and job related technologies. A few days after had last interview on-site and next day that received a phone call with the offer.

I went through only 1 technical round. It was very clear in 1st round only that my skill set were not matching for their current position. Still they took the interview very patiently.
After confirmation of skill miss match i have been called by manager and clearly told the situation. Even i was not make it through but the experience was good. Mostly importantly they value your time which is most important.

Interview
Had a phone interview followed by an in person interview. Very standard questions, didn't know anything about the pay until the end of the process which was very low for what I expected to be a higher paying type sales role. In the $30,000-$40,000 range.
