There are no planning for taken an interview. No time management. The interviewer taken almost 1.15 hrs first round and it was going average.
Still got netative feedback from their side.
My only concern is that if they dont interested in my profile so why so much time wastage of their as well as mine also.
And they expect all question answers should be accurate/correct according to them. They expect all technical capabiliyies in a single person which is impossible 8n real life.
So suggestion for interviewer like if dont like profile then plz dont wastage of others time,if 70% answers positive then might be think about candidate profile instead of rejecting.
As per interviewer demand and criteria no one suitable for this position atleast in their company/ team.
