Interview questions [1]
Question 1
basic first round interview questions like similar experience, goals, etc. the first round interview is always the easiest so it is not all that helpful. I would just make sure you know about the company.
Explained what Tyco was. Not technical, only questions about you. Asked if you have any questions, this is where you have potential.very good interview. very fun. nothing else to say. i need minimum of 30 words
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson Controls (Milwaukee, WI) in Oct 2018
Interview
The interview was laid back. I was told what the job was about and why it was open to external candidates. The interview was more about just having a conversation rather than asking pre-packaged HR questions. She had one prepped question which I listed below. I was fine with the process. The interviewer was the hiring manager. She stated there were three candidates and a decision would be made about a week after my interview, I was two of three. I followed up several times but never heard back from anyone. That was my biggest disappointment. Most companies at the very least send a canned rejection email. It helps with closure so you're not wondering what's going on. Also, shows respect for the candidates.
