Interview
One of the most unethical folks I have come across that lacks integrity.
I had 4 interviews at this place... (4) including one face to face. All interviews were aced and they kept on telling me that I was the top contender for the job. My last interview was with a director all the way in Ireland.. usually that last was the last step...He just talked about my hobbies and said He was very excited for me to be joining the team. He kept on then asking me how much was I making and expecting to be paid (Which i thought was weird at this part of the interview). I had already told HR of my expectations day one. Anyways the interview went very well and I was expecting some sort of offer letter but then there was silence two weeks. Then out of random I get an HR email saying that I was not selected and they told me that some of the lamest excuse which was not even true. I had a friend that worked in the same place and He later told me that they filled up the position way before they even started to interview me.. So basically I was dragged through 4 interview (had to take time off from my personal work) just so they can just complete their interview process which seemed more of a formality. The reason they gave me was that everyone in team loved my conversations but they selected some one with more experience and it was a very tough decision to make . I mean seriously. I don mind the competition but I was lied and dragged the entire interview process. This whole process was a huge dent to my confidence and I gave up on the interview process everywhere elsewhere as I was so discouraged.... it took me a while to bounce back from what they did to me. Advice : Dont trust thier word till you see that offer letter in your hand.

Interview
The interview process was simple and quick. After applying for the job, I was contacted by RH for a phone interview. Then I had another interview in person with the director of the department, that made me several questions about my career and technical questions specific about the position.
