Interview
Applied for the role online and received an email from a recruiter the following day asking for a phone screening. The phone screening went well, or so I thought. Conversation lasted over an hour, where I was asked numerous questions relating to my previous experience relating to the role. Everything seemed to be going well, and from my research and questions asked, seemed like I was a strong fit for the role. At the very end of the screening, the recruiter asked me what I was looking for in a salary. After sharing my salary requirements, the recruiter noted that it was at the upper end of their range for the role. The recruiter shared he would be in touch, but my next correspondence was an automated message sharing that they would not be pursuing my candidacy any further.

Okay, So i had three calls all together .The first one was from recruiter ,He just asked the basic questions regarding past experience and relocation. Then i had interview with Sr manager .Spoke to her regarding my past experience and skills i have. She was very friendly and Then later spoke to the team manager ,it was just a casual conversation. He wanted to hire me the only reason stopping him was myy visa status. Johnson Controls won't sponsor you. If you're on a F1 visa. Its kinda waste to put your efforts for interview because at the end the only thing matters to them is your Visa status.
