Johnson Controls interview questions

Had a generic talk with someone from HR. Asking about culture, personality, and work history. I was told that a week later I would be contacted to know if I would do another interview with hiring manager or if they werent interested in me. I was never contacted.

Somewhat technical based. More about personality. Certs and skills do matter. Typical hiring process with background checks, drug test and multiple interviews. Good company benefits package, time off, and competitive pay.
