I applied via LinkedIn and around a month later an internal recruiter reached out for a phone screening. The recruiter was helpful and told me she would be sharing my CV with the hiring manager. After another 6 weeks an on-site was scheduled. I spent two-hours interviewing and then never heard from anyone again, and I really had no desire to follow up.

The second interviewer I met didn't seem to have even looked at my CV and asked super vague questions that were not really relevant to the role.
