I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at JLR (Ryton on Dunsmore, England) in Sep 2021
Interview
It was an interview with multi questions in which I had to give responses with my previous experiences to show my in depth knowledge of the role I applied for.
Kinda GPA centric process. Interviewer was a big pessimist. In their notes, they summarize a candidate's response to each question and provide their opinion of a candidate. Once completed, the rest of the hiring team receives copies and uses the feedback when making final hiring decisions.
