A Recruiter asked me for my cv on linkedin, we planned a time for first interview i. But the recruiter didn’t even call at the scheduled time. I thought its a timing conflit, so I sent an email to the recruiter to inquiry, but never heard from him again. Very unprofessional.
I applied online. I interviewed at JLR in Mar 2022
Interview
Absolutely ridiculous to have to jump through that many hoops to get the job.
I was penalized with inappropriate feedbacks ,
stage 2 i was told to present technical assessment in detail, stage 3 i was given feedback i was too quick in presentation although in stage i was told to move swiftly ,stage 4 i was given feedback i presented my presentation too slow and i focused more on technology. I was given feedback from hiring Manager that i was too showoff with technical assessment he sounded rude and not professional to mention negative
