i didn't applied for the job however i was approached to set a meeting to discuss my exprience as a quality engineer, spoke with a HR rep over the phone and progressed to an interview with the hiring manager, 2 weeks later i was told i'm moving to the next phase: presentation , behavioural and technical interview which to me seem overwhelming, a date was set by them but the hiring manager cancelled at last minute, another date was set, with frequent reminders of the meeting dates and it was to be in person at thier office at gaydon, i had suggested a teams meeting but was told the hiring manager wanted it in person. the first date was cancelled, i taught it was because i didn't send my presentation slides earlier, so this next date i sent my slides earlier before the second date only for me to get to gaydon and was told i wasn't booked for an interview, the hiring mananger was reached and he claimed he had no idea it was in person despite the frequent reminder of mail sent to him, requesting they pick me up at the gate. finally, another date was fixed and this time it was to be on teams with another hiring manager from Ireland which he was unprofessional in his doings . and made me aware from the start with his body language that he wasn't comfortable with a black person in his team or maybe that was how i felt. the interview lasted for 2 hours, 3 days later i was told i wasn't selected. i requested for a feedback but didnt get any and i reimbursement for my transportation cost as they had promised to send but they didn't.

Interview
Some HR person will call you first and pre interview dramatic discussion will happen.
All of sudden they will ask you to make some presentation, which is generally asking for some key information of earlier projects you worked.
And after you share presentation they will disappear for good 😊😊
