Pretty Simple and straight forward, They have a presentation for 10 mins then they ask you behavioural questions which goes on for up to 45 minutes. Overall good experience should apply if you're interested in cars and electric vehicles.
The assessment centre consisted of a presentation and an behavioural/motivational interview. It started off with the presentation, followed by a Q&A session. A 15 minute break was given in between. The interview questions were generic.

Interview
It was smooth and to the point. JLR knows what it needs. It was very creative conversation with Hiring Manager. I am happy with the results and I am a JLR employee right now.
