I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at JLR (Gaydon, England) in Jul 2022
Interview
Easy. Well structured activities.
My interview was about an hour and a half long, with portfolio walk through, IX activities and behavioural questions. There was only 1 round of interviews and I heard back on the decision within a week
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at JLR (Warwick, West Midlands, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
First call with HR then we have to prepare a deck of something that we worked on previously. The interview was directly with head of team to share motivation and couple of hard questions on competency. The interview supposed to go another round for 1 hour interview of situational based and more competency, but I didn't succeed.
