3 stages, very thorough. Initial phone call, then teams meeting, then two hour in person interview with presentation. Unfortunately no offer for me but was a positive process and feedback was provided.
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at JLR (Gaydon, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
There was only one interview with the hiring manager. I couldn't get the job offer. I asked for a feedback for my interview but they haven't sent me it. My opinion about failure is that, too much scenario based answer was requested, so I failed to explain myself while I was trying to give answers with scenarios.

Interview
1st stage was a 30 mins Teams interview. Fairly informal and more of a get you know you, not too challenging.
2nd interview was face to face lasting around 1.5 hrs. It consisted of a 10 min presentation, prepared in advance. The topic was provided a week before and related to the position. After the presentation, the interviewers asked questions. So make sure you know your stuff!
2nd stage was behavioural questions, which lasted about 30-45 mins, all relating to managing a team and my experience. You are expected to give examples and provide detail.
