Structured interview process throughout. Initially, the recruiter called for screening. 30 mins initial online interview by the hiring manager which is predominantly a CV overview. Then followed by a 2.5 hours full face to face interview including a technical presentation.
Took two months after HR contacted me. Job description was not sufficient to understand what was required from the role. At second stage CARL method was applied. I was eliminated at final stage. I didn't receive any feedback.

Nice and smooth. I was head hunted by JLR HR via LinkedIn. Process was normal for this position with managerial and technical questions. Extra was a face-2-face discussions with senior managers.
