Interview
One of the worst experiences of my professional career!
4/ 5 months of long waits, interviews with HR who describe the job as something different on the page and seem to have no thought for people.
After being told I pretty much have the job after one 30min interview with the person who would be my manager, and then by three stakeholders, I took Leadership tests, was shown packages, I was told I passed above and beyond. I just had one 25mins in-person interview and was told it was not a formal interview, it was just a chat,.. but due to time, I could only ask one question, all this this is for an FTC 12 month.
I was then given feedback that they liked me for the role... BUT (most insane comments I have heard). 'I am too extroverted' and is a concern that the staff would think you are too upbeat for this role? And based on the person who was in the role before we are worried you may be just like her!
So nothing to do with my skills or experiences,
I wish whoever gets the job the best of luck you will need it, this company need to be rethink how they interview for Snr roles
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at JLR in Sep 2024
