The Psychometric tests were mostly MCQ to do with how you would deal with work based situations eg. If your workload is very heavy what would you do?
The Verbal and Numeric Reasoning were straight forward enough, use ctrl + F for the verbal reasoning and a calculator and you will do well.

Applied online, and the company called for the interview date. Before the interview, they gave me 30-mins long computer related test/task. It was 1-1 interview, and the whole process took about an hour.
