Initial stage consisted of completing a situational judgement tests. I was then asked to complete a couple of online verbal, non-verbal, and quantitative tests. I then was invited to an assessment centre, which included an interview, group exercise, and in-tray exercise. A verbal offer was then received a few days after the visit to the assessment centre.

Included normal online tests (Aptitude etc). I was then invited to attend an assessment day where I attended the afternoon sessions with 5 others. interview consisted of a technical presentation, competency interview, and a group based exercise. The assessment lasted for 4.5 hours.

1) Interview - Behavioural interview. e.g. describe a time/situation when you overcame an obstacle in a project?
2) Group Task - you each given an individual card and have to communicate with other group members and come to a decision regarding the different choices you are presented.
3) Presentation
You are also given lunch with the current graduate scheme members.
