JLR Regional Financial Analyst - Overseas interview questions

Applied online, had a telephone call with HR a few days later asking very simple questions which could easily have been included on the online application form (eg have you used SAP before). 2 months went by without any response, emailed the recruitment team to check progress and received no response. After 2 months I had a generic email saying I had not been successful. Terrible process and lack of communication.
