Interview
Online application, followed by numerical and verbal testing and situational judgement tests. Then invited to an assessment center which involved a group exercise, 1:1 interview, role play exercise and an in-tray exercise. Was extensively focused on the high performance behaviors that are required.

Had the first interview, everything went well, they said they would contact me for the second phase but never did. I contacted them, they again said they would inform me. They again did not reach out to me and when I contacted them for the second time they never responded to my message.

They done normal assessment centre, then had a presentation about the company about their lastest programme. They asked me questions like: why this position? What skills do you have that will benefit this role? What about the company do you know? Explain some processes in manufacturing?
