The process was first a phone screen, then a in person interview. Then background check. After background took about 2 weeks to start. I felt the interview process was easy. Very forward questions asked about experience

Fast paced, Organised, Requires the correct mindset before starting due to the four hours your onsite being full on (Interviewing and Testing). The difficulty level of the interview is down to personal skill sets, there is no tricks or catches in any of the tests its down to your own knowledge.
