Very long, took over 4 months and a lot of follow ups. Met with hiring manager and department head. I thought that should be enough to make a decision. These are the two decision makers for the role. At the Department head interview, they mentioned there would be more interviews. Over two more months went by and I had to follow up periodically. The answer was always that they hadn’t connected or someone was traveling, etc. It made me feel like working there would be difficult if they can’t communicate effectively both with candidates or with each other and are not empowered to make decisions. Decided to pass on the opportunity.

Question 1
Who can remember what they asked after 4 months of pergatory.
My interview process took about 6 weeks from my first meeting with the recruiter to getting the offer. Overall, it was positive. I met with 4 people from the team for about 30 minutes each and discussed my experience at a high level. I did feel like each of the interviewers tried to get to know me as a person which was a nice surprise.

Interview
Entrevista muito respeitosa, profissional e, acima de tudo, humana. Entrevistadores deixam os entrevistados muito à vontade, algo raro hoje em dia.
Isso reflete muito os valores e princípios da empresa.
