Was interviewed by two managers. It was more like a conversation. Both managers were very friendly. Pretty generic interview, why I want the job, why I think I'm qualified, what are my strengths and weaknesses etc...

Asked questions like, how I would handle certain situations. And asked me to show how I handled X type of situation in the past
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intact (Edmonton, AB)
Interview
Applied online, had to complete and online assessment then a video interview, and finally an in-person interview. Progressed to the reference and security checks and finally received an offer.
