I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Infosys in Dec 2015
Interview
I had two meetings. One was technical, the other with HR. The first technical one was with a stern looking Indian man, who after some quick pleasentries began asking about my resume and my experience. Quickly several technical questions followed. Make sure you know SQL Server, Design Patters, all your OOP knowledge and a bunch of technical data regarding the language you use. If you don't you might face some issues, I am sure I did and I struggled a bit specially with Design patterns and things like SQL functions.
