I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Infosys (Bengaluru) in Oct 2015
Interview
The overall process was very swift. I was approached by a recruitment agency who promptly scheduled an interview at the wonderful Bangalore campus on a Saturday. The first round was a face to face technical discussion with a panel comprising two Architects (both of them had less experience than me). It was a very basic discussion and both the interviewers were not very sure about what to ask since I had much more experience than them. After half an hour there was a second telephonic discussion with the Delivery Manager who enquired about my overall experience and asked few standard behavioural questions. Finally there was the HR round which basically was about fixing the salary. They were not ready to offer what I was asking and the lady told she will need couple of days before the releasing their final offer and I left for the day. The overall process took less than 3 hours and was pretty smooth. The offer was released after 2-3 days. It was less than what I expected and I declined. However after 3 months I wanted to get out of my previous company badly and reached out to Infosys to enquire about the earlier offer. They told the old offer still stands and I decided to join the company after serving the due notice period. It seems at Infosys an offer letter is generally valid for 6 months :-)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic staff about my overall experience and managing client expectations. It was one of the easier interview that I ever faced.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Infosys (Fortaleza, ) in Jan 2016
Interview
2 round of technical interview.Mostly one repetition of another and very lengthy discussion of couple of hours . You might get bored answering some silly question and some which are irrelevant

Question 1
Mostly around job duties and some low level text bookish question . Better read all the FAQ on what you say you know. It might so happen that Interviewer might show off that he knows better than you do and pretend that he know what you are talking :) (thought this is individual interviewer attitude not infosys thing) . But better be prepared to manage these behavior and situation.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Infosys (San Jose, CA) in Aug 2014
Interview
The interview is very basic and fundamentals.
Very professional way handled
Smooth onboarding process
They have preferred vendors who will approach the candidates for initial short listing and after that Infosys HR team will enter into the picture.
They don't negotiate on salary until you clear the technical interviews;
