Interview
The Hiring process had 3 steps.
1. Aptitude test (2 sections- Numerical and Logical ability + Verbal ability)
2. HR interview
3. Technical interview
1. The level of the aptitude test was quite easy and it does not require any special preparation.
2. In the HR interview questions were asked mainly fro the CV. Like i) why I had poor marks in my college ii) I wrote in my CV that I managed the school exhibition. so i was asked how i did it
iii) my hobbies and what i have done about them etc. and common HR questions like why i wanted to join Infosys and if I was ready to relocate for the job.
3. I was from Electronics Engg background. So I was asked very basic questions from C language and I did a course on Java, I was also asked questions from Java. The interviewer also asked if i participated in any programming contest and why I wanted to join IT industry despite being from Electronics background.
Overall the process was not quite difficult and it only requires to be technically sound and prepare for whatever questions may come from the CV to crack the interviews.

Interview
Following the assessment test, got shortlisted for the interview phase. The session itself was very smooth; the interviewer created a supportive and comfortable environment right from the beginning. The conversation centered around my project, where I had the opportunity to detail its technical aspects, architectural choices, and the underlying motivation for building it.
Multiple rounds including face to face and aptitude depending on the role type and resume and project related questions were asked with focus on technical concepts including data structures and algorithms
The recruitment process started with an online assessment that included aptitude, reasoning, verbal ability, and programming questions. Candidates who cleared the assessment were invited for a technical and HR interview. The interview lasted around 30 minutes and focused on Java fundamentals, projects mentioned in the resume, OOP concepts, certifications, and basic HR questions. The interviewers were friendly and gave sufficient time to answer.
