First aptitude test = verbal + quantitative +logical then followed by a personal interview. in personal interview they asked me about the projects I had done. Subjects I had taken. Software developmental cycle. etc .Mostly they check for fluency in language .

4 Interviews, Functional Interview with Senior Consultant, General Interview with Engagement Manager, Interview with Country Partner and Interview with Asia Head. Overall process was quite lengthy and after these 4 interviews there was a client interview as well
