Interview
Pretty easy. You just need to know basic programming, 2 round process. First, an HR will contact you and then a technical round interview. The technical round is for 1 hour and there will be 2 hiring managers present. One person will be asking behavioral questions and another person will be asking technical questions
I applied online. I interviewed at Infosys (Washington, DC) in Feb 2021
Interview
I got an initial phone screening from recruiter, who sent me a pymetrics link to complete. Afterward, they scheduled a technical interview the following week where they asked technical/behavioral questions by Microsoft Teams video call. One of the interviewers was kind and understanding, but the other one was rude and condescending, and overall acted really unprofessional. Made me not want to continue the interview process with the company.

Interview
You'll get a screening call from a recruiter. Then, the recruiter will send you a game called Pymetrics to play that tests your personality based on your approach to a bunch of little computer games. Then, they'll schedule a technical interview where they ask you about the skills you list on your resume.
