Interview
Initial phone screen with recruiter, then either one interview with two panelists or two interviews with one panelist. Then you wait about a week and they give you an offer. Super straightforward process

Very basic OOP questions. Four pillars, what is a variable, etc. They just ask you basic questions about the technology listed in your resume
The interview took an hour and divided into two parts. First 30 minutes were conceptual java questions; second part was full of behavioral questions. Overall the interview process was pretty easy

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Infosys (Indianapolis, IN) in Jul 2021
Interview
A 15-minute screening phone interview. They asked me the usual "tell me about yourself" and a few other simple questions and described how their business works. I thought it went well, but I received a rejection email. I was probably too chatty and should have just given simple, very short answers.
