Infor Software Developer interview questions

Written test was held on 3rd june and results were declared on 29thjune and i interviewed on 1stjuly at infor.the interview process was good i did my best. They told they will declare the results within 10days and the took more than a month and worst thing is candidates who didnt clear technical round didnt recieve any mail so how would they know whether results are declared or not. My friend who went through referral got a mail and i didnt. They prefferd the referral candidates and cse candidates it seems

There are only two rounds... 1. written test (Apt + Logical + verbal + technical) - verbal and technical bits are tough. they gave the results of first round after 2 months because they conducted the same interview at many places in ap & tp. 2. Final Interview ( Every thing is covered)- There are neary 400 people came to the interview according to their slots. For each and everyone, they took 40 - 60 min to analyize the person. I don't know on which basis they selected students. After one month they gave results. I could not clear the last round. Suggestion: Be confident and don't be tensed... take them in your way because they ask you questions depends on your resume and your interests.
