Infor Senior Direcotor interview questions

HR screening, hiring manager, 3 different team members over the course of 7 weeks (5 interviews). Exceptionally long and drawn out with no communication from the recruiter in the interim. At one point I was scheduled to interview with someone I had already spoken to. I understand it's a competitive market yet I would have appreciated communication in the meantime, like at least 5 business days after an interview.
