After applying online, received multiple canned emails from their resume processing system. And hints of "test" coming soon. Then received automated email to take a PeopleAnswers online test. Not surprising, since Infor recently bought PeopleAnswers, so I guess they have to use it to justify their expense. Test was bug-ridden. Some questions of a dubious nature. I was a bit offended, as I expected a phone call at least once before we "test" a potential fellow employee. No test questions related to the actual job I was applying for. How fun! No human interaction is needed by their own recruiting department in order. Lets use technology to replace a basic business function.
